Hello all!

Table is booked to be seated for 7pm at Browns Lane, Loughborough.

Shall we meet from 6:30pm onwards in the bar?

Dress code is smart casual (no DJ's - its okay!).

I do however need your menu choices BEFORE 16th March otherwise I'll guess on your behalf!!  Grin

STARTERS
- Homemade soup of the day served with freshly baked bread

- Chicken kromeskies – chicken goujons wrapped in smoked bacon, with a spiced beer batter, served with smoked paprika aioli

- king prawns bound in a rich tomato sauce served on toasted bruchetta

- Smoked salmon caesar salad with croutons, anchovies & parmesan

- red onion, sun blushed tomato & goat’s cheese tart, finished with balsamic syrup


MAIN COURSE
- Roast chicken breast served with creamy mash, whole grain mustard cream sauce & crispy parma ham

- Chargrilled sirloin steak served with fat chips & peppercorn sauce

- wild mushroom, parmesan, rocket & pine nut risotto

- Fillets of seabass served with crushed new potatoes, rocket pesto & a cheese crisp

- Chicken, beef or vegetable fajitas – marinated in mexican spices & topped with grated cheese, served with flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole & soured cream

PUDDINGS
- Warm apple pie served with custard

- Homemade buttery shortbread with fresh strawberries & chantilly cream

Karen will be in France, so it's just me Sad unless .. Wink

Fish salad and Fish will do nicely. I know that it is odd, but I don't "do" puddings .. (ouch - innermost secrets revealed ..) so just two courses.
